Chrissy & Justin Kramer, Wedding Event 11/29/08 - Our wedding took place at the historic Landmark Center in downtown St. Paul. Chrissy and I knew we needed a DJ that could light up the room and keep the party rocking all night long. Michael was able to use some amazing LED lights to enhance the 4 story pillars of the Landmark Center with a warm red holiday lighting effect that made everyone feel like they had come home for the holidays. Furthermore, 2 The Maxx Entertainment stepped up to the plate and blew all of our expectations out of the water with the music. Michael brought an aura of professionalism, enthusiasm, and sentimentalism to our wedding that I’ve never seen before in any other wedding I’ve attended. He put in extra effort into the wedding party announcements, bride/groom dances, and truly personalized the music selection for us throughout the night. We danced the evening away to a variety of top hits, polkas, jazz, Christian praise music, hip-hop and even the chicken dance!!! The dance floor was packed all night long and as the event approached midnight guests were still asking for “Just one more song” to keep the party going. Sara & Jason Burnett, Wedding Event 6/4/05 - 2 the Maxx Entertainment dj'd our wedding and made it the time of our lives. Michael was very professional and kept our guests entertained the entire evening.  Michael also introduced the wedding party when we arrived and made the announcements when dinner was to begin.  It was nice to not have to worry about getting everyone in their seats and try to get peoples' attention for the speeches; Michael took care of it all.  From the dinner music to the last song of the night, he knew just what to play to keep the dancefloor full.  He did a wonderful job of keeping things moving and had all the extras planned out from the bride/groom's first dance to the Hokey Pokey.  We got to pick what songs and dances we wanted and even allowed us to bring in a song we wanted that wasn't in his library, which isn't many. He has a wide variety of music to entertain everyone.  I would definitely recommend Michael for your wedding or any party where you need a DJ.  He was so great to work with and very reasonable in price.  He was well worth the money and then some.
