Planning Process

Planning for your reception can be a stressful task. This is your very first and only time you'll plan a reception. The question in the back of your mind is, where do I start? Below are the forms you will have access to 24x7 once you reserve your date. My planning forms are a simple, easy way for you to efficiently plan for your reception and relieve the planning stress.

Wedding Reception Planning Form

The wedding planning form is going to contain the general and detailed information regarding your wedding reception. Topics like: Wedding colors, reception venue, vendor contacts, DJ attire, cocktail/dinner music selection, introductions, cake cutting, toasts, spotlight dances and bouquet & garter. This form will help you guide you in the planning process and give you the freedom to select what you really want included in your wedding reception. Once completed you will confident on your day when you walk into the reception venue knowing the details have been arrange. You can now sit back and relax and celebrate your special day with your family and friends.

Event Timeline Form

The Event Timeline form is a perfect way to ensure that I'm adequately prepared for all your announcements and events throughout the evening. The form provides convenient drop-down lists of common events at a reception that would take place. The timeline can be shared with your other wedding vendors that will be on hand that day and it's printable so I can provide copies to them the day of the reception. Having all your wedding vendors on the same page provides a better experience overall.

Music Request Form

The music request form is the most fun part of the planning process. Here is where you're going to be able to chose those songs you really want to hear and the songs you don't really want to here. There are three catagories you can choose to fit your music in the playlist: Must Play, Play if Possible and Don't Play. By fitting your music selections in these catagories really helps me out when it comes to playing the songs you want to hear and what your guests will want to hear. If you having trouble choosing songs for your playlist or first dance. There is a Most Requested button to help you with your selections.

Note: 50 to 60 songs will be played in a typical wedding reception. It a good thing to keep your list manageable to allow for guests requests and for your DJ when reading your crowd's music taste.
